they do have a development studies course.

but i'm sure those organisations would be happy to have anyone working for them, and higher up any degree is fine.

I mean, I'm no expert, but i remembered reading about this woman who quit her decent admin/management desk job to work for oxfam in south asia or something.
so she didnt have a humanitarian centred degree (probs some management degree). but she found the switch of careers massively rewarding.
