RVP is better right now than RVN ever was, but over the course of their careers, RVN was miles ahead(mainly because he didnt miss half seasons every year...). From a technical view point, obviously RVN wasnt up to RVP's level but he was more consistent and dependable. RVN's goal record was unbelievable tbh. RVN also has a much much better for Holland, and in the Eredivisie whilst also performing very well in Spain for Real Madrid. So RVN.

Lampard now. He seems to be scoring more even though he is hardly playing and isn't being niggled by injuries. It was also him who helped Chelsea beat Barca last year. Overall I think he has aged better.
