I only applied in May and received my offer on Thursday afternoon, it must just be completely random how they offer it I reckon?
It may just be to do with sending batch emails, I assume your accommodation will already be agreed but your email may just come later.

Last year, Flat 29A was the only refurbished flat in the whole of Marris House. If you're lucky they might of refurbished the rest of the block.

im doing economics and at first i thought it would be a pain being far from the centre but actually its not that far and the taxis are pretty cheap.
