Which accommodation at Newcastle University is the best, sharing or single?

Thanks for your question! Accommodation is totally down to personal preference although I do think all the accommodation at Newcastle is great and all within walking distance to the city centre. The most popular one is probably Park View which is our largest student village. You can find out more about the variety we offer here: https://www.ncl.ac.uk/accommodation/university/.
The majority of Newcastle's accommodation is in shared flats although we do have a handful of studio's if you would prefer to live on your own. In my first year, I shared with 6 others first years and this really added to my student experience! I would say most people do share and it can be a great way to meet new people and make friends.
