Best uni/college for Art Foundation Diplomas?

Im looking at doing a 1 year Art Foundation Diploma, im struggling to find which unis/colleges actually do them and which are the best?
Any suggestions?

the best are the ones that i can think of are at UAL (central st martins/london college of communication/camberwell), leeds college of art, manchester school of art, and kingston. there are loads more really good ones though. most colleges and universities should do them, including any local ones you may have.
