Advice...should I take my politics exams?

I have been thinking ....
I am currently doing A level English and sociology with my exams in June which i am hoping to get A's in.
I am self teaching myself politics with help from a tutor and have my AS exams in the next week and I have done no revision since i have been concentrating on my A2's

I am not going uni in September as I'm taking a gap year so I was wondering if I should just forget taking the politics exams and concentrate on my English and sociology exams as do my politics alevel on my gap year?
