Can I still get in to medical sciences courses with lower AS grades??HELP Please!!

Hi,

In order to study any Medical Sciences courses they all need the requirement grades of AAB/ABB.
My AS results were:

Biology - D
Chemistry - B
Maths - B
Psychology - B

I know that target grades are usually one grade above so that would give me AAC, as I would be dropping Psychology. I know that I can resit the Biology F212 exam and get a much better grade than an E, which would then boost up my AS Biology Grade.
However, will Universities still offer me a conditional placement with an AAC without straight away knowing that I am improving my AS grades? As I don't think its possible to inform them of it in any way on with UCAS.
I have plenty of extracurriculars and volunteer work which will make my statement much more rounded.
And aren't the tariff points you gain from the A levels results more significant that the entry requirements??
I'm quite worried about the results and would appreciate any advice.

:confused::confused::confused:

Thank you
