i thought about some of that stuff too
a) because theres no amateur footy - players will have to be youth or be from championship or lower leagues
b) olympics overlap premiership start
c) olympics same year as European Championship - players wont get a break
this would be a great opportunity for youth players to make a name for themselves though

Surprised you didn't question me by prioritising Blackburn over Celtic. Don't like either team but Blackburn are in a far better league.

I don't see Figo coming. It'd be on a free, but we don't have that sort of money for wages lying around - we're already breaking our backs for Gerrard. We're not Chelsea, y'know.
In all honesty, I wouldn't mind Crocuh coming, I reckon he could do a job for us. He could be turned into a very useful player, and is nothing like what we've already got. How do you feel about Zenden signing, btw? In other news, Carragher, Hamann and Traore have all signed extended contracts. Huzzah!
