I've had so many cartoon crushes over the years its hard to remember them ha 
I'd have to say Sasuke Uchiha from Naruto (even if he is a bastard, he's still gorgeous) , Usui Takumi from Kaichou Wa Maid Sama, Flynn from tangled, ben10 definitely... But who else?
