Applying to canadian universities, need advice.

i got my AS results a month ago, and theyre quite ok, BBBD. i plan on resitting a few units to try to make those Bs into As and the D into a C atleast. However, the exam in on january and i'll get my results in mid march. but most of the university application deadlines are on february and the deadline to submit all the documents are on march 31st. Is there a way i can apply early and submit my results when i get them. will my chances of getting into uni reduce?
