I'm currenty studying at Trinity and I have mixed reviews however what I will say is;
The most important thing about your course is your individual one to one teacher, this is crucial. (In fact I would nearly solely choose a place just on the teacher who works with you) so important you get a consultation lesson (even if they don't offer it) privately have a lesson with the teacher you want.
Trinity has a really nice 'vibe' its not 'arrogant' and everyone is really friendly.
The reason I said it was mixed reviews is because the teachers don't seem to 'push us' i.e I thought from the first lecture they would be cracking the whip. (which they don't) However its sort of down to you to do all the work.
The lesson work is very high (espically theory and harmony) and the course is genreally full of a lot of talent (jazz students) and I don't mean me.
Also don't understimate Birmingham, from what i've been told they're really hard there (this is good) they offered me a lot of money to study there (5k a year (20k)) and I turned it down because of the reputation but I would completely ignore this.
Choose a place because of your teacher this is crucial, they will shape your playing! I'm only speaking for the jazz half however I have lots of friends doing classical and they love it.
Also the facility are the least of your priorities, it's probably the worst reason to choose a particular conservatoire.
Also if anyone is wondering Greenwich is really nice (Trinity students) so are the halls of residence.
