Signal detection analysis d prime/d'

[h="2"]Can anyone answer this please, I have no idea how to work out d' or response bias:[/h]
In an experiment on the effect of alcohol consumption on memory, participants completed a memory test before and after drinking an alcoholic drink. They had to say whether a series of pictures were ones that they had viewed previously (old) or novel pictures (new). The data from this experiment is in the picture I've attached as data memory before and after alcoholic drink. This includes the number of responses (old/new) made by each participant to the old and new pictures presented before and after the drink. Data:

a) Produce a table of d’ and response bias for every subject before and after the drink
