It depends on what you're into really - its hard to get a gauge based on the ones you have mentioned. Some good ones are:
Finished Series
Beck - its a series about a boy who joins a rock band and them trying to get famous. Its pretty good.
Cross Game - its a romance series with a baseball veneer. I didn't really care about baseball when I read it initially, but I am into it now lol.
Monster - its a crime psychological thriller and probably one of the best series of all time. Worth the read - I don't want to spoil anything.
Kimi wa Houkago Insomnia - its a series about two people who cant sleep and they get into the hobby of astrophotography - its quite a wholesome and fun series.
ReLife - its about a dude whos life isn't going well due to not being able to find employment. A company called ReLife gives him a chance to return to highschool and basically do his life over. Its a pretty good series imo.
Chi no Wadachi - this series is kind of like a psychalogical horror or suspense kind of genre - its about a kid and his relationship with an overprotective mother who progressively gets more darker and horrific really. It gets quite messed up but I think it is a genuine masterpiece.
Koe no Katchi - its about a guy who bullied a girl and is trying to make amends for it when he meets her again years later. Its pretty good.
Domestic na Kanojo - its kind of like a telenovela in the way it gets progressively more silly - its about a dude who has a crush on his teacher and then he bangs a girl for some reason - then his dad is like im getting remarried and her daughters are coming over - the daughters are his teacher and the girl he banged - hijinx ensues. Objectively speaking its pretty mediocre - but it can be quite fun. Its kinda like trashy TV.
GTO - its about a ex-motorcycle gang funny guy who decided he wants to be a teacher. He then has to tame a class of feral kids and its got lots of good moments. Some moments havent aged so well (lots of pervy gag manga stuff - but hey, its apart of the medium)
Publishing
Chainsaw man - about a coomer brain who gets the powers of the chainsaw devil - the first part has many ups and downs but the second part is really good.
Ao no Hako - probably one of the best romance series ever (not biased at all). Anime is currently airing.
Ao ashi - good series about football (I don't like football but I have enjoyed this)
Under Ninja - its a rather absurd and humerous take on Ninjas in modern day Japan. Its kind of hard to describe the plot - I'd say give it a chance if you want to.
Vinland Saga - Vikings are cool. Its a good series about a kid maturing really after living a life of war - based on the Saga of the Icelanders (e.g. Saga of Erik the Red, Egil's saga, etc) and other historical accounts. I think this is one of the best series currently on going.
One Piece - very long but its really damn good.
Hajime no Ippo - also really long (1400+ chapters) but really damn good - about a character called Ippo his (and friends) boxing careers. I don't care much for boxing but this is just really cool. The art is really good at conveying impact of punches and stuff - its quite cool.
Dandadan - its a series that has really good characters, good romance and great action - but a rather stupid overarching plot. Its a really good series though.
Berserk - mentioned in this thread already - its pretty good. One of the best dark fantasy series of all time.
Hiatus
Vagabond - its about the life of renowned swordsman Musashi Miyamoto. Its generally considered one of the best works in the medium of manga (and Takehiko Inoue's mangum opus). It has been on hiatus since 2015, and I don't think it will ever stop being on hiatus due to Inoue's perfectionism (and I am pretty sure the series burnt him out).
