Do any of you know a good program that factorises quadratic equations (ax2 + bx + c) for the Ti83/+? I had one on my HP39, but IB's a fag and doesnt allow the HP.

I would have had one also, but apparently you found one already.
And yeah, how does IB feel about programs in calculators?
Do the allow to have custom programs for example in the Maths HL exam?
Anyone know?

the Ti83 has a polysolver build in
it was poly something
you say the highes power
in your case 2 and put the value of a b and c and it gives the roots

they normally just check the module of ur calculator, they never looked at wat u have inside.
