Aqa GCSE English Language Creative Writing Important Film

Hi for English I have to redo a piece of my creative writing as it's not good enough and it's got to be about a film which is important to you and changed your life. I don't know what film to choose but i need to do well, so far I have thought of Legally Blonde or Cool Runnings as they didn't give up. Also my teacher said toy story 3 as it's about Andy growing up. Does anyone have any suggestions of films and how I can do well? Thanks.
