Medical Residency in Finlad

Hello guys,
I don't really know if this is the right place to ask this question, but I know that this forum is the best in the world so I'm hoping there will be somebody who will be able to help me out.
I'm doing my 5th year of Bachelors degree of Medicine. I'm planning to become a Neurosurgeon and after I finish my 6th (final) course I want to continue my studies in Finland (Helsinki). but unfortunately i couldn't find anything specific about this topic over the internet.
If anybody has any info about this, it would be a huge help for me. I'm interested how can I apply for the universities? what are their requirements? do they have Residency (masters degree) programs in English? what are the costs? and ect...
