Joint Hons. - International Relations and Law at Edinburgh?

Went to Edinburgh Uni today and looked at their law course. I saw they could do a join honours with international relations, which is another subject I'm interested in. However, when we asked a student about it, they said it was nigh on impossible to do. Anyone know anything else about it?
