I am doing AS Further Maths during the second year of my study. I have already done AS maths and have already finished C3 during the summer. Is it possible to study the three modules FP1, FP2 and FP3 as an AS level?

Nope, FP1 is the only AS module there (AQA). But FP1, D/S/M1 and D/S/M1 , will give you a AS further for AQA.

Yes you can, although only FP1 is compulsory; the other 2 modules can either be Applied or Further Pure.
