Student Finance & Moving Abroad

Firstly, this is NOT one of those "if I move abroad do I have to pay off my loan" questions.Let me explain the situation, it's possible unique.

I began studying full time Combined Hons History + Early Childhood Studies at Canterbury Christ Church university.

Health became bad (long term proven condition) so I changed to Part Time*. I am currently studying the 3 History modules, and next year I will be studying the 3 ECS modules. The ECS modules are all ONLINE-ONLY and require no attendance whatsoever.

My questions

Can I, at the end of this year, move to another country and still have a UK Tuition Fee Loan for my ECS online course?

Can I have a maintainance loan/grant too? (this would be an added bonus which I'm sure won't hapen)

I KNOW I have to pay back what I've already borrowed from SLC, I'm not trying to avoid debt or anything,

Bottom line: I want to know if I can live abroad while studying a UK-based course online, and get a SLC, UK-based tuition fee loan for it.
