Shooters being muslims does not mean it's an IS attack it's perfectly possible for a muslim to just be a hacked off mad man without their activity being related to IS. What you've said is the equivalent of suggesting that the planned parenthood attack a couple of weeks ago was a KKK attack because the shooters there were christian, just like the KKK.

Everyone knows the motivation.

Which could be anything from a workplace dispute given the male left work following a large row and attacked his colleagues to domestic terrorism (e.g. Brevik) to international terrorism like IS. At the moment you're making the ridiculous assumption that they must have been IS supporters since they were muslim. Given the evidence it seems more likely that it's a workplace dispute gone into overdrive.

They had guns and armour in America, that's not really that surprising - people there can have those things without being in the planning of a terror attack.

You're certain of that despite those actually investigating this not having determined the motive of that... So, ruling out you being a member of IS and having inside info, we can only conclude you're jumping to the conclusion they're IS attacks because the attackers were Muslim. That's a conclusion that has no real basis to it - someone being a Muslim doesn't immediately make them an IS supporter.

It was a little more than workplace dispute. They planted a bomb in the centre and had prepared pipe bombs which they were travelling with. It was a planned attack.
