Why aren't the non-rapist immigrants held to the same standards as us?

When a rape happens in the western world, the left is very quick to push the narrative that we are all responsible because we have created a rape culture. That basically we are all enablers of rape.

The mass sexual assault/rape in Cologne involving Arab and African immigrants was clearly premeditated due to the timing and use of firecrackers as distractions.
Yes, 1000 men is a minority of the total amount of immigrants in Germany.

However, where were the rest of the immigrants when this was being planned? They speak Arabic and without a doubt would have heard about this plan on the grapevine. Knowing the language barrier between Germany and immigrants, surely a compassionate human being would have sought out a translator and informed the authorities of this plot so that the necessary precautions could have been taken, yet we saw nothing of the sort.
You can't say someone did notify them, this was not a cover up because this event DAMAGES the narrative being told by the German government.

Ergo, if the left genuinely believes that Western society as a whole has a part to play in every rape that occurs. By proxy you MUST admit that all immigrants are also enablers of rape committed by their own kin.

Being bereft of logic we know that isn't the case. But where does the left stand on such enlightenment?

Think you are jumping to a lot of wrong conclusions.

Not defending them, just stating the facts:

The firecrackers are not a sign it was premeditated - they are a sign that it was new years eve mate. Everyone had fireworks on that night, not just immigrants.

Maybe some men went there with the intent of causing trouble, but this idea that 1,000 guys planned to turn up to harass and rape women is definitely wrong. Think the sexual assault and other crime (ie. Theft) was mostly spur of the moment / driven by the frenzy.

Also it wasnt all 1,000 of them committing crimes (that would be ridiculous). We dont know the exact numbers, but from what I've read the guys that werent involved in the assaults and theft, are at most only guilty of letting off fireworks in public without safety precautions.

Simple the victims of rape are largely White females and a lot of the rapists are not of the same race.

Therefore Whites naturally feel under attack.
