I know a lot of stigma is attached to this illness and I want to change that. Please post what your thoughts are of this illness (such as do you have multiple personalities) and I will try to answer your questions in the best way possible.
I was curious about hallucinations. Im aware that people can have hallucinations but also have insight/knowledge that the hallucinations are not reality. In schizophrenia what do you think it is it that makes you believe the hallucinations are real? Is it just the fact that they are there and seem too real to be false or does your understanding of reality actually change first ie you start to believe there are supernatural forces (for example) and then you start seeing them?
