Nobody expects a string of perfect grades for every course. There are plenty of medics and Oxbridge students with grades like that. There is much more to an application than your GCSE grades.

I have a B and a C in GCSE Maths and Additional Maths, but 9 A*-As and a Distinction*, and I did fine, don't you think?

If I'm going to be honest with you, I went in my exam knowing nothing, just write what you think.. You'll be fine!
