this september 2017 I will be moving to Holland in order to start with my career studies. I have not completed my application to universities such as Groningen and Tilburg because I decided to take a Foundation Year. Is it necessary to apply to any university in order to take the Foundation Year? If I apply and get accepted but require a Foundation Year would this reduce the cost? Do any other universities offer a more economical option? Could I start my studies in any university after taking this year?
    I would appreciate any response.
