Can a do pharmacy after completing foundation in science foundation year
So I’m going to study science with foundation year so if I finish the foundation year and get high grade will be able to then do pharmacy

Usually if you do a foundation year to go into MPharm, it's usually integrated with the degree. See the following for example:

If you intend to progress onto an MPharm at your existing uni, check with your uni. If the entry requirements of the MPharm degree at that specific uni doesn't accept foundation years for the degree, then it won't work.
If you intend to transfer from that uni to an MPharm elsewhere, you're taking quite a gamble because it doesn't always work out. If you intend on doing this, I would check with the unis you intend to transfer to before doing the foundation year. This is the list of accredited institutions that offer MPharm:
