Can I take a GCSE outside of school

If so what subject would you say is the easiest that doesn't have any coursework?Can we resit GCSEs that were taken in 2017 (the legacy ones)

/you would still need to take the exams at an exam centre, although you could study the material yourself. You would need to find a centre that will accept you, and also ensure that you can get to the exam without any clashes - if you have a morning exam at one centre and an afternoon exam at another, would you be able to travel and be on time for each exam?

Whether you can resit depends on the exam. You would need to check whether the exam board is offering resits for the legacy spec.
