hey guys ,
can i enter unis like imperial and ucl with a c in my igcse english if i get a 7 or above in my ielts

According to https://www.imperial.ac.uk/study/ug/apply/requirements/english/ 6.5 or 7 in IELTS (Academic) should be enough to meet the English language requirement at Imperial. A C in an English A-Level would also be sufficient for the English language requirement. However, depending on the course you are interested in, you should have significantly higher grades in the science subjects that would be part of your offer conditions since the entry requirements at Imperial mostly consist of several As and A*s at A-Level.
