Yes - the test would be very easy if they gave you plenty of time for it. The whole point of it is to challenge you in terms of time.
It's all about practice, really. You slowly get better and faster at doing the questions, and it's very important to be able to quickly tell when to flag and guess questions if they seem too long. That way you have more time to answer the easier questions and hopefully get more marks.
