What's the difference between human biology and biomedical science?

Hi,
I am applying to university this year and am very interested in human biology. I have looked at both human biology and biomedical science courses but am unsure of the difference between the two. Does anyone know how the career paths differ in the two as well as what proportion of lab and lecture time are in each?
Thanks
I think biomedical science focuses much more on the diseases affecting the human body and the effects they have, whereas, human biology focuses more on the human body when it's functioning normally.
Disclaimer: I am a simple A Level student who is simply guessing the differences based on their titles, don't quote me.
