Studying help
So, I'm currently in year 13, studying physics, chemistry, and maths, I want to study maths at uni and the places I've looked at offer ABB and other grades like that, the lowest being BBC that I've seen and would like to go to, but, my AS levels were CCD, so I really want to get my grades up, but I can't find any motivation to work, at all. I will literally take any form of distraction, which I why I'm asking for help. Anyone have any idea what I should/could do??
I put an elastic band around my wrist and pinged it every time I got distracted.
