Room available in London (Zone 1), deposit paid

Looking for someone to take over my contract in Tavistock Place ASAP, as I am not living here anymore. The apartment is shared by another Year 2 UCL student.

The apartment has two private bedrooms with single bed, with one room occupied already. It has a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Water bills, electric bills and WiFi are included in the rents. There is a maintenance team for any maintenance issues.

It is just a 10 to 15 minutes walk to UCL main campus and 5 minutes walk to Russell Square station.

The rent will be £905.5 per month for just one tenant. My contract is signed for a fixed term 12 months from 14th September, 2017 to 13 September, 2018. I am willing to lose my two months rent deposit which I have paid at the start of the contract. (So it would be 2 free months for the replacement tenant!)
