Is LSE more prestigious for Postgrad than Undergrad?

I've spoken with a few people and it seems like LSE is a brilliant place to go and do your Masters degree and that's where it excels.

If I'm not mistaken most LSE students are postgrads and LSE seems to be a more prestigious place to go and get your Masters degree.

Or that may of course just be because some people consider a masters to be impressive relative to undergrad degree.
Every LSE undergraduate will tell you it is much more difficult to get into LSE undergraduate course than a Masters course as the competition in numbers for the limited places are much higher. There are, of course, certain MSc courses which are also highly competitive, but many of them are less competitive than for undergraduate courses. Many choose to do a MSc in LSE to embellish their credentials with having graduated from a more prestigious university. Most Masters courses are pretty easy.
