Econ history LSE and straight History everywhere else?

Hey Guys,

I was thinking of applying for econ history at LSE, however, I really want to apply to straight history at other unis like Cambridge. Firstly, is it possible that this can work, and secondly are my grades of 8A*s and 2As (A in history) good enough to get into these courses?

It could work but you'd have to focus mostly on history in your personal statement, i don't know the gcse requirements of the top of my head but can't see it being an issue
