Newcastle uni fine art

iv applied to fine art at Newcastle and sent my digital portfolio off in the post in time for the deadline but haven't had a conformation that they received it? just wondering if anyone else was in the same boat as my friend who applied for the same thing got an email

It's never a good idea to base these things on other people or their experiences. Universities receive a lot of post and it will take them some time to go through the different portfolios. If you are concerned, the best thing to do would be to contact the university. If you sent it recorded delivery you have nothing to worry about. A quick phone call or email should clear this up for you.
