Do Sociology, media studies and music work well together at A level?

I am in year 11 and I have picked my A levels. I already do sociology and music at GCSE but media studies is completely new. Could anyone offer advice about taking any three of these subjects? The sixth form I applied to haven't really been very helpful.

Work out what it is you want to do and which courses.

Music is a creative, so useful for specific courses, but regarded as less academic.

Media studies is usually on unis non preferred list and not that useful unless its for related courses.

Sociology is middle of the road and ok for academics.

The A levels you need to do need to work for the Degree course you wish to do. I think your combination is limited an will not give you that many options.

A levels choices are a balance between subject choice and getting you on your chosen course , giving you options an what grade you can get.
