How/when to cancel a college offer?

I applied to study A-Levels (I'm currently sitting my GCSEs in year 11) in my school sixth form. They have high grade requirements so we were advised to apply to somewhere else as well. I applied to study the same A-Levels at a nearby College. I have been offered a place, which I accepted (my interviewer told me to accept even if I'm not sure I want to go there).

I have no intention of going to this college unless I fail to get into my sixth form, which is unlikely. I will decide on results day (23rd August). The College has now sent me letters about enrolment days etc. in July.

Will it be too late to cancel the offer for the college AFTER results day?
It's best to call up the college directly. Only they can give you a correct answer specific to their policies
Yeah I'm in the same situation, is results day too late to reject an offer?
No you can reject any time or easily drop out, it’s not a big deal
