has anyone used 4gadgets to buy a phone?

i need a new phone and i found this website. The thing on here are really cheap and i was wondering if it was a scam
if phones are unrealistic prices (especially if they are new) most likely its a scam.
Legit shop.

They sell second hand and refurbished phones, hence the low prices. It's plastered all over their homepage.

Trustpilot is one of the most well established and consistently reliable review aggregators for websites, if not the absolute most. Yeah, he's being sarcastic.

I bought a used phone from them. Total bargain. They graded it as very good condition, but I would have classed it as excellent condition. I'd use them again
I bought a phone from them. It developed a screen fault after a couple of weeks. They just say I have dropped or knocked it even though it is not the case. I won't be recommending them to anyone. I am currently getting an independent report done prior to trying to recover my money.

Warning guys! They are not using genuine parts in their devices. I found out when I went to the Samsung service center to replace the cracked screen in my samsung note20 ultra. The specialis refused to take my phone because he recognised very quickly that I did not have the original back of the phone! So they could not touch it and give a warranty for their job. I emailed 4gadgets they were claiming that they never use not genuine parts but I proved them wrong by sending pictures. They agreed with me but still did not want to cooperate claiming that the phone is not in the same order (because of a cracked screen) . I said ok but supply me with the original part as I can not fix my phone in reliable places but yeah they even did not want to do that minimum. So be careful. They chosen to use a fake part for £8 instead of the original worth £40 in a phone worth over £600 in that time!!!
