gcse choices

My school doesnt offer many gcse options, but im stuck between taking either design and technology and art, i really want to do both and im not really fond of other subjects. Is this too much coursework?

I did fine art last year and it was fun at first but the worst thing ever at the end. If your school does fine art then I recommend avoiding it (it’s so much coursework). If your school does the art and design course for art then it is still coursework but much nicer apparently and much easier to get good grades!

replying again, sorry! Just to add: I also did music, and my course was basically all coursework. I found it really nice to have two gcses done before exam season. If you’re fond of both subjects then it will help you out in your other summer exams because you’ll have more free time

i know several people who took both art and a technology- it's a lot of coursework but if you enjoy the subjects and are willing to put the effort in, it's manageable.
