What Should I choose for my GCSEs if i wants to get into Interior Design?

If i dont choose product design but i choose art and photography will that affect the possibilty of me getting a job?

If you want to get into interior design after doing a relevant degree then no it is not important at all, your degree is.
If you want to do interior design after college then no since they would look at relevant A levels instead.
Just do what you find more interesting/easy for GCSE. It doesnt really matter what you chose outside of the core subjects, the grades you get are more important as they will allow you to do the A levels (and then degree) that you want.
