Weight loss tips?!

Any weight loss tips? (:
60% exercise 40% diet
if you hate cardio try some weight work it still burns calories havily
try to avoid snacks and full-fat sodas
but remember to have occasional cheat days for fatty foods to prevent relapse
a little bit of excess now and then is better than snapping and giving up completely
Eat as late in the day as you can possibly manage, an hour or two before bed ideally. Being hungry in the day is manageable, but before bed you'll just give in and eat snacks meaning the effort is all for nothing. Have something light for lunch or dinner, like 200 calories or so. There are loads of other techniques but they require will power which this doesn't really.

Trying to exercise calories off etc doesn't really work if your diet isn't fixed as you can eat in 1 minute what takes an hour to burn off.

Easiest way is to swap your diet. Try drinking water instead of sugary drinks, eat as you normally do but if your eating a sugary/fatty/meal full of carbs just lower your portion size. Try squeeze in excersise wherever you can, e.g. working to college/school, or if you get dropped off ask to be dropped off a bit far. Go out into the city centre e.g. and just have a walk around.

Of course, if your looking for a way to lose weight properly, then excercise and a diet plan will be needed. I would recommend doing some research online and investing in a proper one. Personally I would recommend you search up "LDNMuscle", they offer a range of plans for losing weight, gaining muscle etc. for men and women. They give meal ideas as well as excersise routines, and yes, you get cheat days etc.
Just do the proper diet and exercise for better improvement.
Sleep early to have a better skin because the skin regenerates the cells during night time.
Just don't forget to eat fruits and vegetables every day to maintain the healthy lifestyle.
Consult also for a nutritionist for correct diet and proper foods for your diet.
That's true, balanced exercise and proper diet for faster improvement.
Also have a correct sleeping time at night, so that the cells will actively regenerates.
Eat as late in the day as you can possibly manage, and drink water as much as you can.
At my experience, it's all about diet. Gym and home exercises just help to take results faster, but they are still very important.
