Accommodation deal Essex
Hi,
I am a student at the University of Essex, Southend. I live in the University Square, Southend. I am hoping to move out with some friends in the upcoming school year. I have signed a three year accommodation deal that I was hoping to pass along to someone else.
The deal includes, a bedroom with an ensuite (toilet and shower facilities). The common areas in the flat are cleaned regularly. On campus facilities include, a laundry room, 24-hour security, a common room, parking, and a courtyard.
Living here is a great opportunity to meet new friends and fellow course mates, especially for first years. The 24-hour security provides you with a constant piece of mind.
My deal is £138.30 per week, this is a fixed rate for the next 2 years. Otherwise, brand new student rates for 2019-2020 for single ensuite rooms are £148.05 per week.
