Is it an indication that I did not get in at Oxford?
I have applied for a PhD program at the University of Oxford, the program indicated that interviews are typically held in early March. I have not been contacted for an interview until this moment. Is it an indication that I did not get in at Oxford? Decisions will be reached in late March.
