Higher English Jekyll and Hyde Help

Hello!
I am currently studying Jekyll and Hyde for my Higher English (in college, yikes), which i'm really bad at. I'm currently studying Visiting Hour, Hotel Room 12th Floor, The Slab Boys and Jekyll and Hyde. My teacher told my class that it would be better if we did the poems or Jekyll for our essay but I'm very bad at the essay part.

I got 12/20 for a poem essay (visiting hour) which is good as I got like 10 or 9 previously. We have done analysis on the poem quotes but we have not did analysis on Jekyll and Hyde quotes at all because every time I do a practise essay on Jekyll, I always get told that I'm telling the story but we haven't did any analysis on Jekyll apart from the theme and questions she gave us in class.

I am worrying that the poem questions won't relate to MacCaig's poems at all as we have only did analysis on the poem's quotes and I have to do Jekyll on the essay part if there is no questions suitable, Anyone got any good tips?
