Can anyone explain this statistics data?

Cambridge releases their undergraduate admissions statistics on their website. I was viewing this pdf https://www.undergraduate.study.cam.ac.uk/sites/www.undergraduate.study.cam.ac.uk/files/publications/ug_admissions_statistics_2018_cycle.pdf that has a table 1.2, titled
UK schools/colleges submitting Home applicants, and receiving offers and acceptances to Cambridge in any of the last three years (2016-2018), which claims that the total acceptances is 1537, while the total applications is 2825. The problem is doesn't this suggest an acceptance rate of over 50%? While all other tables in this pdf says it is about 20%?

Could anyone explain this?
this is relation to applications in the uk and their success, not including applications from abroad
that is about schools, not total numbers of applicants, so of the total number of schools who had pupils that applied (2825) pupils from 1537 of those schools were accepted.
