GCSE results day 2019

Hello, so I have my results day next Thursday and would like some advice. I’ve been failing my maths all throughout year 11 in my mocks (grade 3’s) and I found my maths exams really hard. I’m worried that I’m going to fail maths again and have to resit in November/June which I don’t want to do. I’m planning on doing a level psychology but I need a 4 in maths to study it so if I fail then I’ll have to take sociology instead.

Can anyone help me out and ease my anxiety, thank you
Try to remember that you can’t change what your results are now as it is what it is. I remember how stressed I was last year and can see how it will be stressful if you may have to retake and your grades could affect your plans but all you can do is try to keep your mind off it as you can’t change whatever the outcome is now

@DGeorge13 I’ll try and keep my mind off it although it’s difficult. I’m also autistic which means I find it hard to process complex information which maybe why I found my maths and science exams hard. But thank you for helping
