Edexcel A-level maths proofs

has anyone written a list of what proofs we might get asked in the new exams eg proving the sum of an arithmetic series is 1/2*n*(2a+(n-1)*d)

You could be asked to prove lots of different things using methods like exhaustion, contradiction etc. There are some "standard" proofs you need to learn:

Irrationality of root 2 (and similar proofs)
Infinitely many primes proof
Proofs of the sum formulae for arithmetic and geometric series
Geometric proofs of the addition formulae for sin/cos

Proof questions in the exam could contain questions where familiarity of the above proofs is useful (or they could ask the above proofs directly). But there are many more types of proofs that they could ask so make sure you try as many as you can so you get used to lots of different types.
