IB or A-Levels

Hi there, i'm currently a Year 11 and for Year 12 I can't decide between doing A-levels at my current school (Psychology, Geography, French and Core Maths) or an IB at another school not too far away (Maths English and ab initio Japanese, and French Geography and Chemistry Higher) I do get 7s and 8s in most my subjects and study a lot, and going to an IB open evening this week I thought it looked a great opportunity since I have no clue what career I want in the future. Yesterday I had a sixth form day and it seemed really great, and it made me reconsider which one I want to do

What do you guys think? :/

I started an IB at the beginning of Y12 but I had to change a few weeks after as the school was too far away. Go for IB if you are well-rounded, it is surely a more engaging programme than A-Levels. Instead, if you feel you prefer to specialise, go for A-Levels.
I would say if you're very sure about what you'd like to study in the future and knows exactly the subject to take for it, do the A-levels. They're a lot more focused, while the IB is more well-rounded. I do consider IB as more difficult because there's more to juggle in terms of workload and extracurricular activities but if you're up for a challenge and are undecided in what to study, go for the IB.
