im in the same position as you, however student roost has the Great Patrick Street accommodation with a bus going to jtown every 30 minutes which is a 7-10 minute walk to the bus station at the bfast campus to travel to jtown. i would recommend you check it out as i am most likely staying there. if you book your place give me a shout and we can also meet! x

Are you applying to BT1, BT2 or BT9? Think quite a few people think it’s only Queen’s students that can apply!

Hi guys, if anyone is joining Ulster Jordanstown or Belfast campus and looking for a place to stay, I would highly recommend Student roost in Great Patrick Street. Its located just opposite to the Belfast campus and the bus stop to Jordanstown campus. There's a bus every 15 minutes to Jordanstown from there. The accommodation is Student only, so it is safe and secure. The staff over there are really friendly, the accommodation rent includes social space, gaming/movie room, gym,they have their own laundry space too. I lived there for 2 years and loved it!
Now I'm moving out with my friend but I've got a contract till next year September. So, if someone is interested in Student roost in Great Patrick Street, then please feel free to contact me. My room is a golden ensuite on the tenth floor with a splendid view facing the St.Ann's cathedral towards the city. The room rent is 135 GBP per week, if anyone is interested give me a shout. I can put you in co tact to them and you can take over my tenancy.
