The Graduate Entry Medicine - Course Overview page on their web site contains links to the full-time undergraduate Medicine - MBBS course for both 2024/25 and 2023/24 entry - implying that the same course details would apply to graduate entry medicine.

According to the 2023/34 version of those course details, here, "The start date for the programme is 21 August 2023".

Note that this page starts with the words "Ulster University launched its Graduate Entry Medicine programme in 2021 and is excited to offer 2023 entry: it is a unique development in medical education in Northern Ireland. This 4-year course is open to graduates from a wide range of science and non-science backgrounds." So that certainly seems like the applicable date.
