Which exam board are you doing? I'll give an example of AQA:

For biology (F) you only need to achieve 130 marks out of 200 to gain a grade 5.

However, for combined science (F) you require a total of 243 marks out of 420 to achieve a 5.

You’re welcome, this is the most up to date grade boundaries. They do change every year however they are not massive jumps.
